Who we are
- IWI.
- Contact: hello@iwiapp.com.
- Company registration and VAT numbers will be added here once registration is complete. Until then, the service is offered in a pre-commercial capacity and paid subscriptions are not yet available.
What IWI is
IWI is a software platform for managing appointments, staff, services, walk-ins, and customer-facing booking pages for businesses such as barbers, hair salons, and nail studios.
IWI is not legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your business.
03 · B2B service — consumer rules do not apply
IWI is offered to businesses (the “Customer”). The Customer confirms that the subscription is taken in a professional capacity, on behalf of a business activity.
The 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumer contracts does not apply to IWI subscriptions.
04 · Subscription, pricing & VAT
- Plans: Solo (€29 / month / shop) and Team (€49 / month / shop). Prices are stated excluding VAT — VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Customers with a valid VAT number who qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism will be invoiced accordingly.
05 · Automatic renewal & cancellation
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled by the Customer.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
This auto-renewal disclosure is provided in line with applicable law.
06 · Calendar & third-party connections
If you connect Google Calendar (or any other third-party service) to IWI, you confirm you have the authority to do so for the account being connected.
You can disconnect at any time from IWI, or revoke access from the third party directly. We will stop using and delete the related credentials accordingly.
07 · Acceptable use
Don't use IWI to send unsolicited marketing, store or distribute unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the booking system for activities other than legitimate appointment management.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
Your data, your customers
The data you and your guests put into IWI — appointments, customer details, business configuration — is yours. We process it on your behalf to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
IP rights in the IWI platform itself (code, design, brand) belong to us.
09 · Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided on a “best-effort” basis. Maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, Google, Supabase, your hosting provider), and incidents may temporarily affect access.
There is no contractual uptime SLA at this stage. We will publish one once IWI exits the early phase.
10 · Liability
IWI is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability towards a Customer in any 12-month period is capped at the amount paid by that Customer to IWI in that same period.
This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including damage caused by fraud, deceit, or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes such liability.
11 · Termination
You can stop using IWI and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, or if continued operation creates a legal or security risk. Where reasonable, we give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active Customers at least 30 days before they take effect, so the Customer can cancel before the change applies.
13 · Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
Customers who qualify as consumers may use any dispute-resolution channels available under applicable law.
